  • Conveyor discharge height from ground level: 14 feet
  • Discharge rate is 2 – 3 tons per minute
  • Standard power unit: 20 HP electric with close coupled hydraulic pump
  • Drive Roller: 12” x 24” lagged with 1-15/16” shaft
  • Lower Take-Up Roller: 9-1/2” x 24” slatted with 1-15/16” shaft
  • Each roller adjustable by means of 1-15/16” Take-up bearings
  • Conveying Inlet and Return Rollers: 4” X 24” steel rollers
  • Troughing Rollers: 4” x 24” 20 degree steel rollers
  • Belting: 350 weight PVC x 24” width laced with alligator lacing
  • Conveyor Frame: 6” structural channel
  • Axle: Heavy duty center tubing with 6 on 6 hubs and 15” tires
  • Operation: 1 spool detent control valve with flow regulating valve

Options

  •  Gas engine powered with 25 HP Kohler engine and close coupled pump
  • Engine mounted under conveyor for easy access with stainless steel 
  • cover guard for protection
